Once the citizen's location is determined, citizens will see requests filtered specifically to their municipality. If the request's location needs to be changed, citizens can search for a location or drag and drop the pin to the request's specific location. Citizen's can then upload photos, fill in the request details and submit their request to their authorized municipality using the HiperWeb system.
